My Charles Schwab 1099R W2 boxes don't match 2019 turbo tax W2 input form boxes. What can be done about this?

A Form 1099-R is not a W-2 and is Not entered in the W-2 section of the program. You enter the 1099-R in the Retirement Plans and Social Security section.
TurboTax uses the same form as the IRS approved Form 1099-R - https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/f1099r--2019.pdf
If your 1099-R form is different than the IRS Form 1099-R then use the box descriptions as entered on your 1099-R and the TurboTax Form 1099-R.
To enter, edit or delete a form 1099-R -
Or enter 1099-r in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1099-R

You are attempting to enter the 1099-R in the WRONG FORM
A W-2 is for working wages only.
A 1099-R has it's own unique form, on the Wage&Income page, but down in the Retirement income section...
IF you aren't getting an actual W-2 form an employer this year, just work your way out of that W-2, and then DELETE the entire W-2 (If you are past it already, go back and delete it)
Then find the actual 1099-R section to enter that form...an actual 1099-R.
Thank you. That was it.
The Colorado State withholding information from the 1099Rs were entered correctly in the 1099R section. However, when I look at Schedule A, the State and Local taxes total is higher that the total of the withholding amount. It should be $2,043 but it is reporting $2,259. There are only three entries for the withholdings.
The state tax deduction on schedule A can include taxes other than withholding taxes, such as property taxes and sales taxes. Also, if you paid in state income tax from the previous year state income tax return, that would also show up as state taxes paid in the current year.
Thomas M: Thank you for taking the time to respond to my question. However, it did not resolve my problem. After reading your response, I double checked the other instances that involved state and local taxes. I had $2,000 in real estate taxes and $680 in state and local personal property taxes. Both of those catergories were reported correctly on Schedule A. So the only category that doesn't tally correctly is the state and local income taxes. Bill W.
The State and Local income taxes can include any balance due you paid to the State/local people when you filed 2018 taxes in 2019.....plus a few other things too.
save a PDF copy of your tax return, for your records, with all forms and worksheets and look for the Federal "Tax Payments Worksheet. That worksheet shows all your Stat e(local) income tax payments made .
Lines 20, 21, 22, 23 of that worksheet shows all the possible state and local sources of payments being xferred to line 5a of the Schedule A (minus any 4th Qtr state/local Estimated payment you might have made in Jan of 2020)
