Hi . Filling the Form Block 15 mentioned the state however my state is not listed (PR)I know is not a state but , I am and Active Military member ? Any recommendations?

It appears you are a Bona Fide resident of Puerto Rico. On your US return you would exclude the military income because it is considered to be Puerto Rico sourced as that is your home of record.

If you have no other US sourced income you are not required to file a US return, only a Puerto Rico return.
