Are you sure you are not inputting the year and not the month of expiration.
There are two drop down boxes. One for month and one for year. It accepts the year (2027) without a problem. The drop-down box for month will only accept months 01 to 08. It will not accept any month over 08.
And there isn't a way to scroll down past the 8? Can you send a screenshot?
Today March 27th 2024 , the TurboTax Desktop and other product Purchase form for Credit Card Information continues to NOT allow the purchaser (me ) to select credit card expiry months between 9 and 12. As a result, I CANNOT order my 2023 TurboTax Desktop product using my preferred USA credit card.
There must be many other customers having this problem.
Please upgrade this problem to have it fixed ASAP.
Thanks

Jan 4 2025- Same problem. Credit card expiration date is Oct. Drop down menu for month of expiration. I click on 10. However it does not input that information. It has no problem if you click on 1 for Jan and some of the earlier months. I cleaned out the cookies/history etc. I tried in Chrome and Firefox. Does not fix the problem, It should not be this difficult to buy Turbotax. Thanks.

I had the same exact issue. I had to use a different credit card. Same thing happened last year. I think I had to switch away from google Chrome to get it to let me pick anything past August.
Major PITA.
