That is what I believed when working on it yesterday - I tried just about every configuration one could to make it work. Turbotax automatically selects the VA age deduction based on your federal return report date of birth - there is no option to turn it off except for manually - it also AUTOMATICALLY puts the exemption for over 65 - I have used override to remove everything to follow the low income credit rules to EXACT PRECISION. I even deleted the VA return and started over and it's the same result - please see if you can create a VA return in which the person is over 65 and does not take the age deduction and organically gets the low income credit.   I will admit I was wrong if so - but until then this seems like a hidden and sneaky way to deny senior citizens a credit they deserve - maybe a behind the scenes handshake between intuit and the state of VA - they can promise a credit and get to not deliver on it for thousands of people.   i have manually overriden the disallowment from claiming the low income credit and followed all the rules and right before filing turbotax gives you an error and MAKES you turn off the override to remove the X for not allowed to claim low income credit. Trust me - someone needs to look deep into this - i think there is smoke and also fire this time

I changed their ownership percentages on the K-1 w/s which resulted in husband getting 100% of income on his K-1 and nothing for the wife. Where else do I need to record this transfer?
What deductions can I claim when I received my 1099 Misc showing Rents from the property on my oil and gas income- my understanding is that it does not qualify for depletion costs.  Please advise
If your overtime is included in box 1 of the W-2 or is shown in box 14, then after you have completed entry of the W-2, on the following screen check the Overtime box and continue.
Don't think you can anymore.  Try it.   A new accounts starts by asking for email address.

Looks like Intuit still got some bugs. I just downloaded Turbo Tax on my Mac running Tahoe. Import does not work, when I exit the program and restart import starts working. When I answer Married filing jointly like last year it somehow think that I am changing the filing, I have to go back a couple screens then it starts showing the right selection.   I do almost everything online but for this Tax filing thing I rather have a desktop version in case anything happens to the software maker.
I did the same thing. You can actually switch back from Tax Home, scroll the the bottom and click "Add State". It will take you back into the area where you have the option to file. Hope this helps!
Not sure how to do my overtime
