Sorry I don’t know that form.   I googled it.   Seems to be a NY form.   I only know federal and some of California forms.

I seriously doubt that TurboTax for TY2025 will be inspecting hardware capabilities directly.  I also doubt that it cares if you have a TPM to save "secrets".  We all have plenty of essentially open secrets in our tax returns, and Intuit has never cared previously to safeguard those locally in any way, other than allowing us to password-protect the .ttax files.  And TurboTax never required a TPM previously just to password-protect files.   CPU, memory, and TPM capabilities are all requirements of Windows 11.  TurboTax is just along for the ride on that OS.   I could be wrong about all this but one thing I am certain of is that Intuit wants to reduce their programming requirements & costs for desktop TurboTax as much as possible.  Adding hardware feature checks to TurboTax would only add more programming "debt" to the product, which is exactly the direction that Intuit does not want to go.   So yeah, I'm pretty hopeful that Intuit will be taking the simplest approach possible to verify that it's running on Windows 11.  The simpler the cheaper (and also the easiest to circumvent).  😉

I honestly don't know for sure, one way or the other, but you have to be careful about feature comparisons.   That product may or may not import some or all of a user's TT data but it will NOT import brokerage account data (e.g., from a 1099-B) and a LOT of users assume that to be basic (very basic) functionality which would be sorely missed if not supported.

Why is IT-201-ATT not shown in the full calculation PDF?   In IT-225 line 10, what are the terms S-141 and S-103 meaning and used for? Why did my donation-data come into S-141 term?

Using exactly the same account and user ID that you used to prepare the return, open the return.  You might need to click "add a state" in order to make changes or add information.   You do not really have to add another state return, but that trick will let you back in.      You do not say why it was rejected.   You received an email that we cannot see that tells you why your tax return was rejected.   Some rejected returns can be fixed and re-filed.  Some have “un-fixable” reasons for the rejection and have to be mailed instead.    What is the rejection code or rejection message?     If it was rejected for AGI—-your 2023 AGI might not be in the IRS system if you filed late.   Try using zero instead.   If filing with zero is rejected then file again but select the option that you did not file last year.  The IRS does not see that question and it will allow you to e-file with no AGI question.     https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/agi/help/where-do-i-correct-my-agi-in-turbotax-online/00/26311   If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.

It is still not solved my problem. I re-download the software and install it, after it run update, when I entered my email, it asks me to activate it again.  Don't know if my hard drive had been re-partition to make the C drive bigger affect it or not.  If the software develop correctly, it won't be matter to replace a hard drive or re- partition it or make D-drive less and the space to make C drive bigger if installing it in the same computer.  All Turbo Tax software have the same problems.

Are you creating the Schedule K-1 in a Form 1041, 1065, or 1120-S tax return that you are filing, or did you receive the Schedule K-1 and you are entering it into your Form 1040 tax return? Are you using TurboTax Online or the desktop TurboTax software? What edition are you using: Deluxe, Premier, Business, Home & Business, etc.?

Also take a look at FreeTaxUSA. I have not used it, but it looks like it has all the features of TT Home and Office at a *much* lower price. It will import TT data, but I'm not sure how comprehensive that import will be. I suspect any depreciating assets will have to be entered manually.
I think there's a good chance that you're right, especially if your machine is Win 11-capable.
Thank you for your responses.

I don't get Intuit's decision about running on "unsupported" hardware or software.  People could be running W11 with updates disabled or not even connected to the internet 100% of the time.  It is always "you assume the risk" for doing such things.   I have a perfectly good W10 system (Skylake CPU and no TPM on the GIGABYTE board) that neither Microsoft or Intuit think is "good enough".  I can't easily go to W11 (the HyperV in W11 prevents me from running other software that I need for work; and I have perfectly good disks/memory).  It would cost me about $800-$1000 to "modernize" my home setup to make Microsoft/Intuit "happy" but I still assume the risk to keep it up to date.   Personally, I won't update to W11 in time (which is my I signed up for Microsoft's ESU program).  Intuit's decision to force W11 even with ESU is short-sighted.  Once I leave the platform, it is unlikely I'll be back.

if it's the email re 1099-INT imports with multiple accounts (e.g. CDs) and referencing this help topic then you should follow the steps provided to validate what was filed on your Schedule B vs. total of your 1099-INTs.   Intuit was having various import issues in 2024 with specific banks, seems they may have had some broader issue if the 1099-INT had multiple accounts and the paper copy spans multiple pages it may have not picked up some of the accounts but I'm speculating what prompted this notification.  You may not be affected, just need to check.   https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/amend-tax-return/check-2024-tax-return-confirm-information-forms/L6wwiMjEE_US_en_US?uid=mh2c07fl&lid=zbmu914g6kvm
