First, check to see if you signed up for the TurboTax Refund Advance. You can look in a few specific places in your account or your email.    Check Your TurboTax Order Details On the Tax Home page, scroll down to the section for "Your tax returns & documents." Select View Order Details. Look for "Refund Advance" or "Credit Karma Money" listed under your payment and refund methods. If it’s not there, you likely selected a standard direct deposit or a different refund option.   Look for Confirmation Emails If you applied, you should have received automated emails from TurboTax and its partners. From TurboTax: Search for an email confirming your "Refund Selection." From Credit Karma: If you were approved, Credit Karma sends an email when the funds are deposited into your Credit Karma Money Spend account. From WebBank: If your application was denied, you will receive an email from WebBank (the lender) explaining the reason for the decline.   Check Your Credit Karma Money Account Because the Refund Advance is deposited into a Credit Karma Money™ Spend account, checking that account is the fastest way to see if the loan was processed. Log in to your Credit Karma account. Navigate to the Money tab. If you see a pending or completed deposit for a portion of your refund (typically between $250 and $4,000) shortly after the IRS accepted your return, that is your Refund Advance.   Review Your Tax Return Summary You can also find clues on your actual tax forms: Open your 2025 return in TurboTax Go to the Tax Tools menu on the left Select Print Center View your Federal Information Worksheet Look at the "Direct Deposit" section If you signed up for the advance, the bank account listed will be the MVB Bank account associated with Credit Karma, rather than your personal bank account.

@user17698870997    Looks like it's been fixed now. But go back thru your item donations again. Once the 8283 has been generated, you may find that some charities that don't have an address entered yet...they need to have an address input before everything gets posted properly.   The address fields show up if you edit one or more of the "items" you entered for each charity involved.

It would be helpful to have a TurboTax ".tax2025" file that is experiencing this issue. You can send us a “diagnostic” file that has your “numbers” but not your personal information. If you would like to do this, here are the instructions for TurboTax Online:    From the left menu select Tax Tools.  Then select Tools below Tax Tools.  A window will pop up which says Tools Center.   On this screen, select Share my file with Agent.  You will see a message explaining what the diagnostic copy is. Click okay through this screen and then you will get a Token number.  Reply to this thread with your Token number and add @DanaB27 . This will allow us to open a copy of your return without seeing any personal information.     The instructions for TurboTax Download:    On your menu bar at the very top, click "Online" Select "Send Tax File to Agent"   Click "Send" The pop-up will have a token number Reply to this thread with your Token number and add @DanaB27 . This will allow us to open a copy of your return without seeing any personal information.     We will then be able to see exactly what you are seeing and we can determine what exactly is going on in your return and provide you with a resolution.

@scotthursh    1) if you are using the "Desktop" software, switch to Forms Mode, click on the 1099-R in  the left-side screen, then delete it in the rt-side main screen.  Then, if you need to enter that 1099-R for 2025 taxes, go back to the interview and recreate it, or skip it entirely if you have no 1099-R to enter for 2025..   2) if you are using the "Online" software, after you are actually in your tax file somewhere, go to the left side menu.. and in the <Tax tools<<Tools menu a pop-up will appear that will let you delete any 1099-R forms in your file.  Then you can return to the regular interview to either create any 1099-R you have this year, or skip it entirely if you have no 1099-R to enter for 2025.

I think that you mean IRS form 1095-A and not 1095-C.   If so, the IRS believes that you (or a dependent listed on the tax return) should be reporting a form 1095-A Health Insurance Marketplace Statement on your tax return.   You may be able to find a 1095-A form by signing in to your healthcare.gov account and downloading it.    Perhaps the form has not yet been mailed out or was mailed to a different address.   This TurboTax Help may apply to your situation.

Yes.   The OBBA has introduced a new deduction for overtime pay from tax year 2025. You may deduct up to $12,500 of qualified overtime premium on your Federal tax return (up to $25,000 for MFJ). The deduction is gradually phased out if your MAGI exceeds $150,000 ($300,000 for MFJ). The deduction is for the overtime premium, which is the portion over your regular pay.   For tax year 2025, your employer may list non-taxable overtime in box 14 of form W-2 with a specific label like "FLSA OT Prem". You might also receive a separate year-end statement giving you the amount. Otherwise, you have to calculate the overtime premium to enter on your tax return.   In TurboTax Online, this is how you enter the qualified overtime premium: After entering your form W-2, you'll see a screen titled Let's Check for Other Situations Put a checkmark on Overtime and click Continue Follow the TurboTax questionnaire to enter your qualified overtime premium This deduction will transfer to Schedule 1-A of your form 1040, with that amount flowing to line 13b of your form 1040.
As of now, I haven't received a response back from the bank.

The online version produces the same result as the desktop version.  The issue with the online version is that you can't examine the details on the forms to figure out where you went wrong until you pay for TurboTax.   A backdoor Roth is nothing more than the entry of a traditional IRA contribution and a separate entry of a Roth conversion.  All versions of TurboTax handle each of these separate entries the same way.
