As VolvoGirl mentioned, this is probably your overtime premiums.  You could compare this information with the overtime reported to you in your last paystub to see if the numbers match.   You could also contact your employer to verify this information as DoninGA suggested.   

If this is your overtime premiums, then TurboTax will guide you as you enter this in your return.  Make sure that you answer that the amount is overtime.
