This sounds like spam and whoever sent you the email is trying to get you to click on something to report that you did not work for them. This does not mean they have your social security number. This ploy is referred to as a Phishing email. They are essentially fishing for someone to "take the bait" and click on their link or call them. They will then ask for personal identifying information, usually under the guise of confirming who you are, but you are unknowingly giving them information they do not have.
I would delete the email.
Hi CatinaT1
Thanks fir taking the to answer my concern.
Please confirm, this address belongs to intuit Turbotax:

Your system is not allowing me to share a screenshot
Please let me know
email address is: ending in after the arroba em!.turbotax.intuit.com
once again, the system did not allow me to place the entre email address
it is not a spam, I have it in my profile, what should I do?
this is the notification I have right here in the app
@frankp1060 That is more than likely a marketing email based on incorrect information. TurboTax marketing has no way to know if your W-2 is ready for import.
Ignore the mail and delete.
it is in my profile, why is that? as notification, besides the email
it is a shame that I cannot get a good answer from you, I really hope that TurboTax, intuit did not have any any security breach you are not telling me
Please use this link to report the email to Intuit. There is a place under the "note" section with a link that will allow you to contact us to take further action if needed.
