is somebody using my social security number? I called turbotax, but cannot pass over the customer service rep, who told me that has limited resources to help me, she gave me (mina) a security link, but it did not work, and there is not email or phone to call and get an explanation
in this time of scams and all digital, it is a shame that cannot find any help.
PS: Somebody told to Mina (the customer rep) that is was a mass email, but I never got it with a very specific company name, it sounds to me as BS, and told her that it was a way her partner get rid of customers when he does not know the answers. I hate to be treated as stupid.
