Never received first and second stimulus check is there a way I'll be able to receive them?
If you didn't get the 1st or 2nd Stimulus payments you have to file a 2020 return or amend it if it wasn't added on 1040 line 30.
To do a prior year return you have to buy the Desktop program here,
https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/
You will need a full Windows or Mac to install it on.
If you have a simple return and want to file for free you can fill out the forms by hand. Here are some basic forms.....
Here is the 2020 1040 return

Were you a dependent in 2020? If so, you do not qualify for stimulus payments for that year.
can u file my stimulas
The first EIP --or stimulus check--- was issued in 2020 It was for $1200 for adults and $500 for a dependent under the age of 17. The IRS used information from either your 2019 or 2020 tax return to issue those checks so they could send them out in a hurry.
The 2nd EIP or stimulus was issued in late 2020 or early 2021 and was $600 for adults and $600 for dependents under age 17.
If you did not receive the 1st and/or 2nd stimulus check you can get it by filing a 2020 tax return and using the recovery rebate credit in Federal Review. It will end up on line 30 of a 2020 tax return and will be added to your refund (or reduce your tax due).
The 3rd EIP--or stimulus check-- was sent out in mid-March or later in 2021 and was for $1400 per person--adults and dependents no age limit.
If you did not get the 3rd EIP payment you can get it by filing a 2021 tax return and using the recovery rebate credit in Federal Review. The credit will go on line 30 of your Form 1040 and will add to your refund (or reduce your tax due).
If you are asking about the 1st and/or 2nd stimulus check you have to file a 2020 return.

To file a return for a prior tax year
If you need to prepare a return for 2018, 2019 or 2020 you can purchase and download desktop software to do it, then print, sign, and mail the return(s)
https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/
You may also want to explore purchasing the software from various retailers such as Amazon, Costco, Best Buy, Walmart, Sam’s, etc.
Remember to prepare your state return as well—if you live in a state that has a state income tax.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
Note: The desktop software you need to prepare the prior year return must be installed/downloaded to a full PC or Mac. It cannot be used on a mobile device.
Or..use the paper forms to prepare by hand:

If you are getting a refund, there is not a penalty for filing past the deadline. If you owe taxes, the interest/penalties will be calculated by the IRS based on how much you owe and when they receive your return and payment. The IRS will bill you for this; it will not be calculated by TurboTax.

I need help with me getting my 2 check s
@Jasonblackmo There is a reply directly above your own post that tells you what you need to do in order to get the first and/or second stimulus check. The only way to get those EIP payments is to file a 2020 tax return and use the recovery rebate credit in the federal review section to get them. The amount of the credit will show up on line 30 of your 2020 Form 1040. You have to mail the Form 1040, and then wait six to nine months for the IRS to process the return.

What are the steps I need to take to get my stimulus
@Dlanda Did you read any of the replies in this thread? The information is already here telling you what you need to do to get the first, second and/or third stimulus payments by filing tax returns for 2020 and/or 2021. But here it is again.

You can use the current online software for the 2021 tax return, and it can be e-filed. Online cannot be used for preparing the 2020 return.

Help amend return for 1&2 stimulus
The IRS has a page that will still allow you to get your payments if you did not receive them for 2021. Check last year's return for the Recovery Rebate Credit (RRC) and also check your bank for any deposits you may have received from the IRS. Individuals can view the total amount of their third Economic Impact Payments through their individual Online Account. Through March 2022, we'll also send Letter 6475 to the address we have on file for you confirming the total amount of your third Economic Impact Payment and any plus-up payments you received for tax year 2021.
More information is provided at the link below.
You need to file an amended return (Form 1040X). The IRS will not calculate the credit for you if you didn’t claim it on your return using the RRC. You can prepare it, then print and mail your Form 1040-X. Be sure to read the instructions carefully before you begin so that TurboTax will know the original numbers and the changed numbers.
