How does this message apply to me? I thought you told me my documents went through just fine. Shouldn't I be getting my refund soon?

If your tax return was accepted then your tax returns were submitted successfully. Most refunds are received within 21 days from the time a return has been accepted (received). For the most up-to-date information regarding the status of your tax return and a specific date of when to expect your refund, please visit the IRS Where's My Refund? site. Please see the TurboTax FAQ When will I get my IRS refund? for more information.
To track the progress of your state tax return, see the TurboTax FAQ How do I track my state refund?
It has been 21 days and I do not have my refund. TurboTax says that my refund was accepted by the IRS on 02-17-2021, but when I checked the :"Where's My Refund Tool," It says "information does not match." I have triple checked that the information is correct. What is going on? I have check every 24 hours and still nothing. It has been 3 weeks!
Try calling the WMR automated hotline 1-800-829-1954 instead.
@1215-pasttense
I tried that and got the same result as using the online WMR tool... "no information".
Same exact situation here, and calling the automated refund line gives me the same result. Has my return been accepted or not?
