It was Intuit's 3rd party bank (SBTPG). They charged a different tax rate (4.95%). Not sure why, but oh well.

Tip: If these instructions don't work (for example, on your mobile device) open the File section and then proceed to the Review Your Order screen. This also shows the breakdown of your charges.
Could be sales tax.
I thought that too. But the numbers don't match up. They would have had to charge me sales tax for $96. My order was $160.
Your online page does not have the items you indicated. There is a View Order Details section, but it tells me what I already know. That Intuit charged me $120 for TurboTax and $40 for them to take that money out of my refund. There isn't an item for $7.92. And yes, I did account for sales tax. But sales tax on either $120 or $40 is not $7.92. Sales tax in my area is 8.25%.
$120 x .0825=$9.90
$40 x .0825=$3.30
$160 x .0825=$13.20
Where did Intuit come up with $7.92.
Maybe the IRS Adjusted your refund for something before they sent it out. Then they will mail you a letter. Or ask the 3rd party bank that takes out the fees.
