It was Intuit's 3rd party bank (SBTPG). They charged a different tax rate (4.95%). Not sure why, but oh well.

Your online page does not have the items you indicated. There is a View Order Details section, but it tells me what I already know. That Intuit charged me $120 ...

I thought that too. But the numbers don't match up. They would have had to charge me sales tax for $96. My order was $160.
