I filed my 2020 tax return last April through Turbotax online (premier edition) and I am unable to find it under my account. When I logged in initially it asked me to reset my password and I did. Then later it considered my account as a new one and doesn't show any previous year's documents. Is there a customer support contact that I should reach out to ?

If you do not see your prior year's tax return data, it might be in a different TurboTax account. You can check to see if you have multiple accounts by following the steps in the below TurboTax help article.

Thanks for your reply. I have never used a different ID or account for Turbotax and I have been filing for several years. There must be something going wrong with my account specifically. I recently got a promotional offer through Robinhood to save $15 on the premier plan. So I clicked on that to sign in. Obviously that sign-in flow (through Robinhood) is a different API. I don't know if that is causing it to mess up my account history. It literally has nothing and its treating me as a new customer. This is really frustrating.

I filed my 2020 taxes through Intuit Turbo Tax. Can't remember User ID or password. I need to retrieve a copy of my taxes. I paid $110 to get them done. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online.
