I was issued a partial refund from TPG...when will I be receiving the rest of my refund? I see other people have had this problem has it been resolved?

You must contact SBTPG for information concerning your federal tax refund.
Is the amount sent/issued by the IRS the same as the refund amount shown on your federal tax return Form 1040 Line 35a? - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If not, then go to this IRS website for information on reduced refunds - https://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc203
Have you factored in the TurboTax account fees and the TPG service charge of $39 plus any applicable sales tax?
Review your TurboTax account fees -
Sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on View Order Details
If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/

The IRS refunded me my full refund. I've already contacted me this is a TT/TPG issue. It's been multiple people that have said this in this forum but I haven't seen a resolution to this. I'm missing over $2000 there was no fee told to me that would amount to $2000.
Can anybody help?
The IRS or other government agency has reduced your refund and that is why SBTPG gave you the amount you received. You should get an explanation letter from the IRS or other government agency.
You could also check your IRS online transcripts to see the adjustments that were made to your refund.
Another reason why your refund is short is due to Refund Offsets. A refund offset is when an IRS refund is reduced or intercepted to pay off delinquent debt, such as past-due child support, outstanding student loans, or unpaid state income tax.
You'll get an explanatory letter from the Bureau of the Fiscal Service if your refund is offset. The remainder of your refund will be processed as usual. An offset shouldn't delay it, unless your entire refund was applied to your debt.
More info about refund offsets, including contact info and the appeals process, is available in IRS Tax Topic 203.
I've already checked my transcripts and I have nothing being deducted out of my taxes. I've had money taken out of my taxes before and it will give you a specific code and show you in the transcripts that money has been deducted due to having a debt. I'm not the standard idiot I have my own business and have been doing my own taxes for the past 10 years via turbo tax and never have I had this issue.
TPG even says that my expected refund is $4288 but they only issued me $1333 after they took out a $230 fee.
Mine is the same way. They seem to be scamming people.
Im really contemplating of filing suit. Might be the route needed to get my money.
Did either of you take out an advance loan on the anticitpated refund? Did you take that loan repayment into consideration ? The processing bank will repay loans made thru non TT sites like if you went to H&R Block for the advance but used TT to file the return the amount needed to repay the loan will be taken by the bank automatically. The few processing banks that make these refund advances collect for each other ...that info was in the fine print in the contract you signed when you got the loan and signed up for the refund processing service. .
Lmfao @Critter-3, if I took out an advance I definitely would have noted it here or at the very least did my due diligence to check if the organization I took said loan from had deducted it from my taxes.
But to answer your question no I didn’t take an advance if you look up this company just here in the community forums you will note multiple people have experienced this with this company.
For me this situation was handle because I keep a lawyer on retainer and they did what lawyers do and found out that my refund wasn't being held but that somebody with my same name and similar social had been issued the wrong refund so i’ve been made whole on this front and have received my full refund as of yesterday.
Good Luck to everybody else having issues with this company lol I won’t be opting to use TT pay from refund option again to much of a headache.
Well what happened I was expecting $1947 and got $$81 I almost fainted what on earth is going on I see you did not follow up was your issue resolved.... TPG PRODUCTS SBTPG LLC 230502 FAMG4OGSNPZ4 is a GREEN DOT CO
same thing happen to me what is going on the company above is GREEN DOT I notice turbo tax has not been paid I cannot afford to pay instead of getting $1947 I only got $81
Did you check the federal website ? How much did they actually send ? If they sent the full anticipated refund then contact SBTPG for an explanation ... they should send a letter of explanation in the mail.

@knowyjoey So the IRS reduced the amount of refund from $1947. Then you will receive a notice in the mail from the IRS within the next few weeks which will explain what they changed on your federal tax return that reduced the refund.
