TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS.

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

I haven't received my refund and has to file an extension.
This is my confirmation number TTWC93863210.
@isilva007 That does not make sense. How would you expect to receive a refund if you have not filed? If you requested an extension --which you had to do by April 15, 2019-- then you have until October 15, 2019 to prepare and file your 2018 tax return. What have you done so far?
I filed my tax returns with turbo on April 11, 2019. Received confirmation and printed, mailed the form with my signature on the same date. I haven't received any refund as of yet. Saw an accountant and he file for an extension of my tax return before October 15, 2019. Now I have to print this out again and mailed it to the IRS again.

This is too confusing. What did you get confirmation of? If you efiled you do not print and mail anything. What did you mail with your signature? The Actual 1040 tax return or the extension form?
Then if you filed the 1040 tax return why did the accountant file an extension? And when? Extensions have to be filed by April 15 and gives you until Oct 15 to file the real 1040 tax return.
Do you think you efiled? Was your return Accepted? You can check your efile status here
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.
Turbo tax didn't send me my refund
@Noyogirl Your income tax refund does not come from TurboTax. It comes from the IRS and/or your state.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
