So I received the same letter, not knowing the problem with TurboTax import from ADP. I called TT support and asked how I speak to an audit agent (I purchased the service). One of the reasons this can happen is if you assign both your and your spouse's W-2 forms to only one of you. Or, you might have made a data entry errors when keying in the W-2 forms. Can you check to see if you did that?
