However, you say you do not "recall" agreeing to something after "already paying TurboTax..." How did you pay TurboTax? Did you pay your fees with a credit or debit card before you e-filed? Or did you choose to pay your software fees by having them deducted from your federal refund? If you chose to pay the fees from your federal refund you also agreed to pay a "refund processing fee" of $40 ($45 in CA).
