It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online.
You can also request a transcript from the IRS

It was a pain going thru TurboTax site to get my documents. It was the same account and I still cannot access my account. Finally I went to IRS web site....which was so much easier to download my statement. Have to say this.....IRS is much better in accessing my prior records compared to TurboTax.
Thank you for your help and guidance @VolvoGirl .
SAVE YOUR TAX RETURN !
EVERY year before mid-October you should save a copy of your tax return as a pdf and print a copy of it for your records. That way you will not be searching online frantically when you need it for a lender, FAFSA forms, your next tax return, etc.

You would want to make sure you're using the same TurboTax account (with the same username) as in prior years. Then you can use the link provided below for assistance with accessing your prior year return with TurboTax:
