Paying your TurboTax fee does not file your tax return. You have to go all the way through the FILE section and click the big orange button that says "Transmit my return." If you did not do that, or if your return was rejected, it was not filed at all. It is too late to e-file. Now your 2018 return has to be printed, signed and mailed.
Online preparation and e-filing for 2018is permanently closed. You have to download 2018 software to a full PC or Mac (not to a mobile device) and then print, sign and mail your return. If you already paid for your TurboTax software, you can contact customer support to push a download of the software to you.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS and/or your state received the return.
Using the TurboTax online editions there is no e-file charge for a tax return. The TurboTax account fees are for the use of the software to assist in completing a tax return.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for completing a tax return originally started using the online editions - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/prior-year-return/help/how-do-i-finish-a-prior-year-return-that-i-...
You have to sign onto your 2018 online account using the exact same user ID you used to create the 2018 online account.
Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one). Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.
Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
If none of the user ID's received will access your 2018 account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"
If you paid for one of the TurboTax online editions of either Plus, Deluxe, Premier or Self-Employed then contact TurboTax support and they can push a 2018 installation file to your download account at no charge so that you can complete the 2018 tax return.

What was the error? You might need to fix it or not. Either way you have to print and mail it now.
Did it reject for the AGI? You don't have to fix that. AGI is only needed to efile. So just print it out and mail it.
I omitted a 1099.
ALL of your W-2’s and/or 1099’s were supposed to be on the same tax return. Remember that next year and do not e-file until you have everything. Now you have to prepare an amended return to add that W-2—and the process will take months.

How do I amend my 2019 TurboTax Online return?
A 1040X cannot be e-filed. It must be printed and mailed. It will take about 4 months for the IRS to process an amended return. It is a good idea to use a mailing service that will track it, like UPS or certified mail, so you will know it was received.
Wait about 3 weeks from mailing and you can check the status of your amended return:
