How is it that after my taxes were done by/with turbo tax, my wages were not reported?

Please explain what you mean by "my wages were not reported" --- did you enter your W-2? Did you e-file your return? Was it accepted? Or rejected?
My taxes were filed and accepted.
Please explain what you mean, then. How is it that you think your wages were not reported? If YOU entered your wages on the tax return you filed then they were reported. Wages are entered in Federal>Wages & Income by the user. What did you enter?
But did you enter your W-2 form? Or did the IRS tell you that your employer did not report any wages for you?
This was the first time I have used turbo tax on line straight from my firms payment program. I inputted what the system asked me to input. TT permits you go to the next step. Upon completion TT let's you know that your taxes are ready to be filed along with the Max specialists benefits program.
After all that I get a letter from IRS, I use the Max program from TT who then send me to tax audit program who responds I did not report any wages I have to amend my taxes.
@MicheleRenee29 It sounds like you did not understand how to use the software and did not enter your income the way you should have. You have to enter it yourself---it does not get entered automatically or magically. When you amend you have to go to Federal>Wages & Income and enter the information from your W-2 yourself. You might be able to import it if your employer is partnered with TurboTax.
Every 2020 W-2 that you received must be reported on your 2020 tax return, even if they are for small amounts. Remember that each one of those W-2’s has your Social Security number on it, and that income was reported to the IRS by the employer. You do not want to get in trouble with the IRS for under-reporting your income.
ALL of your W-2’s must be entered on the SAME tax return.
Go to Federal>Wages & Income to enter a W-2.
After you enter the first one, you click Add Another W-2.
W-2's come from your employer, and they have until February 1 to issue it. Some employers allow you to import the W-2 through the software, but for security reasons you still need information from the actual W-2 to import it. You might need to phone, drop in, email and/or snail mail an old employer to make sure they know where to send your W-2.

And….SAVE YOUR OWN W-2! TURBOTAX DOES NOT SAVE IT FOR YOU. TurboTax will not have a copy of it in your account and will not have an image even if you snapped a photo. It is up to you to save it for your own records as stated on the back of the W-2.

Wow thank you for all that info, but TT adds this info prior to me saying ok file: "we will review your return for accuracy "
Do they actually review it? I'm guessing not, isn't my wages something that should have noticed?
I live and work in a foreign country. Foreign country does not issue a standard W-2 like you get in the US.
Of course they don't so you will not use the W-2 entry section for foreign income ... Report your foreign earned income on Form 2555.
If you started a W-2, then delete the W-2.
Enter w-2 in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to w-2
To enter Foreign Earned Income -
Or enter foreign income in the Search/Find box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to foreign income
