TurboTax Deluxe boasts this "one on one" help from a tax specialist, yet it has been ever elusive to find.. can someone help me find where to access this service?

Thank you. I was able to get through to someone, HOWEVER, only to find out this "support" is only for the TurboTax program and technical questions. It is in fact, not a tax expert. The "specialist" Deluxe offers is a tech support specialist. Very misleading in my opinion.

There is another box for live expert CPA help.  But that does cost more.

It's a total scam. There is no one-on-one help for Deluxe. Someone needs to file a class action for fraudulent advertising.
