I filed my 2020 taxes with TurboTax and they were accepted by the IRS on the 11th of February 2021, so turbo tax says.
TurboTax it shows that they were accepted, but when I go to the IRS website and click where's my refund, or use the IRS app, it says they cannot find it//my information does not match. I'm married filing a joint return and I have tried it every which possible way. I'm positive everything was put in correctly.
A friend of mine also used to TurboTax and showed hers was accepted, and she is able to track hers via IRS on the wheres my refund portal. Has anyone else had this issue?
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
There is a cell phone APP called IRS2Go.
The IRS issues more than 9 out of 10 refunds in the normal time frame: less than 21 days. However, it’s possible that some tax returns may require further review and could take longer.
IRS representatives can research the status of your return only if:
It's been more than 21 days since you received your e-file acceptance notification,
It's been more than 6 weeks since you mailed your paper return, or
The Where's My Refund? tool directs you to contact us.
You can start checking on the status of your refund within 24 hours after we've received your e-filed return or 4 weeks after you've mailed a paper return. Have your 2020 tax return handy so you can provide your taxpayer identification number, your filing status, and the exact whole dollar amount of your refund shown on your return.
I would suggested calling the WMR automated hotline instead: 1-800-829-1954; you may have a better chance of getting your refund status this way.
Reference: Why is there no record of my return at Where's My Refund (WMR)?
Some returns will stay Pending for several days or even longer, especially with the IRS filing delay and backlog this tax season due to COVID closing the offices and leaving the IRS with very few employees working for the past year. The IRS has not stated how long returns can or will remain in pending status
Until your state or the IRS processes your return, you may hear there's "no record found." That actually means the return's still being processed.

I've been using TuboTax for many years, this is the first time I'm having this issue.
I will wait until 21 days pass then will look into it.
I also been reading that IRS now is in a mess because of the Covid, so I guess everything change to abnormal.
Thank you for your patience! You can also try calling the WMR automated hotline at 1-800-829-1954 to check the status of your refund. Please see below for more information.
