You do not have to wait for them to process 2019. If you have completed the preparation of your 2020 return you can go ahead and e-file. Since your 2019 AGI is not in the system you may need to use "zero" as your AGI in order to e-file 2020.
Please refer to the FAQ below to contact the IRS.

Thanks, but cant get a hold of anyone.
Not sure if I should go ahead and file my 2020 taxes or wait for the 2019 to be processed which was e-filed on 15 Oct 2020.

The only year filed with TurboTax is 2019. I need a copy of my transcripts for this year for city tax purposes please. What can I do
@Attima Kuhn Miles What are you trying to find? If you did not use TurboTax for the current tax year, Turbo Tax cannot help you find any of your current information. if you only used TT for a 2019 return, then all TT has is your 2019 information.
How to find your 2019 information
You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Start a 2022 return online and enter some personal information so that the menu on the left opens up and lets you access your past year returns.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
