I got a email saying my refund advance has been deposited but i never got the email to set up temporary card. What do i do

When I'm signing in to set up online acct it's asking me for the turbo card number. What do I do?
You should receive an email with instructions on how to create your online account. If you can’t find it, check your junk mail folder. The sender will be turboprepaidcard@email.turboprepaidcard.intuit.com. If you cannot locate it after checking your junk mail folder, or are having trouble creating an account, or logging into your Turbo Prepaid Card online account, call us toll-free (888) 285-4169.
This is the same issue I am having. I cannot access my temporary number without logging into my account, however I am unable to set up an account with the card number. Called and reached a foreign entity who told me they cannot help me at all and nothing they can do. Seems like I got scammed.
