Turbotax did it to me. They put $1200 on line 30. IRS notes say they have audited my return and have reduced my refund by exactly $1200 and it will be delayed a few more weeks. I filed early with TurboTax to try to prevent this kind of stuff. It sounds like this has happened to a lot of folks. I think TurboTax should give refunds to everyone they did this to. It is not because people gave incorrect information. TurboTax is responsible. If you are paying for your TurboTax filing fee out of your federal return, don't expect any refund until it hits TurboTax's books. This could be weeks or months before TurboTax refunds your money - due to their mistake. If I'm lyin' I'm dyin'. And good luck navigating the waters trying to get any refund from TurboTax. All paths lead into a black hole. I wish TurboTax would come clean on this.
Don’t be alarmed,my status reads the exact same thing. Be patient as I’m not.
I am being patient. I am not alarmed. I am disappointed with Turbotax and I want them to refund my filing fees. I will not rest until I get my refund from IRS AND Turbotax.
Mine says status unavailable I didn’t get the second stimulus check nor the third nor my IRS refund this year filed with TurboTax both times I don’t know what they’re doing with my money I could really use it as my husband is dying
Mine was accepted the 14 of February and says still processing and a date will be provided. Lol insane
I filed 2/18 with turbo tax and was accepted the same day. Just checked my transcripts and it shows no return filed. Has the happened to anyone else ?

Yep. Happened to me. Mine still say N/A under my 2020 transcripts
Due to the ongoing effects of the pandemic, the IRS is experiencing delays; keep checking periodically @Kummer5.
Mine was saying the same thing since the 1st week of March, but to my surprise it finally updated on Saturday. My status bar reappeared and my refund finally approved and a deposit date posted. I requested an account transcript and spoke with someone over the phone. A few days later i received a positive update
I filed and return was accepted 2/22. It says received/still processing. Now it's one month later. Last year it took about 2 weeks. Also, I have an amount on line 30 that I think is actually the correct amount. It is reassuring to know others are in the same boat. But...very annoying.

So if our refund is going to take longer than 21 days and we are paying TurboTax and filed early so we could get the refund quicker, why are we paying to expedite our refund if we aren't going to get the refund in 21 days or less?
It depends. You may need to wait a bit longer as the IRS has had to implement many changes in the last few weeks. Trying using the following link to track your refund.
IRS processing time and refund status
The online link is your best option to track your refund. I have attached a link with more answers from the IRS as to why your refund may be taking longer to process.
Exactly! I paid the highest charge and still have no answers. I think TT should give a ton of us our money back!
Kummer5. Finally, some straight talking! Good luck getting a straight answer.
