I need help with billing issue.
I had purchased Turbotax premier twice and reuqested for a refund for the unused return through the online form.
I just tracked it using the case id and saw that my case was closed. I didn't receive any confirmation or amy info on my refund. Can anyone please help me? My case ID is [phone number removed]

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

I am requesting the 68 dollar charge be removed because I do not want the Turbo Tax Max I hit the button by mistake. My correct bill should read $209 for Turbo Tax premium
