Product refund - Billing issue

Hello,

 

I need help with billing issue. 

 

I had purchased Turbotax premier twice and reuqested for a refund for the unused return through the online form.

 

I just tracked it using the case id and saw that my case was closed. I didn't receive any confirmation or amy info on my refund. Can anyone please help me? My case ID is [phone number removed]
