Are you referring to an Advantage account (annual subscription?) If so, did you use the info in the FAQ mentioned in the comment right above yours? Here is the link again:

Or can you not find your Advantage account? Many users end up with multiple accounts withouit realizing it. If you can't find the correct account, we can tell you how to troubleshoot.
This question is not about my credit card which you have accepted and processed for my order. please do not make me enter the order number again for the third time. Give me a phone number so I can speak to a customer rep. I am trying to download my purchase.

If you did not have a valid Credit Card for your Advantage subscription before November 5, 2019 you will not be receiving the 2019 software via Advantage. The Advantage subscription now will be for tax year 2020 to be sent in November 2020.
