New expiration date, existing card
Are you an Advantage member with an annual subscription? If so, see this FAQ:
My new credit card has the same number but a different expiration date. How do i update the system?
Are you referring to an Advantage account (annual subscription?) If so, did you use the info in the FAQ mentioned in the comment right above yours? Here is the link again:
Or can you not find your Advantage account? Many users end up with multiple accounts withouit realizing it. If you can't find the correct account, we can tell you how to troubleshoot.
This question is not about my credit card which you have accepted and processed for my order. please do not make me enter the order number again for the third time. Give me a phone number so I can speak to a customer rep. I am trying to download my purchase.

If you can't find your download, use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/
