No….After speaking with helpline, they said the form was issued by IRS and would be available in couple days after updates run. That was 5 days ago and I’m still unable to file due to unavailable form 8915.
I show this form is now available.
Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax. You can also try a different browser.
Also, make sure you have ran all updates.

I am having the same issue, I can't find without this form. The Form 8915F2-T still not available. Other tax software already have it, why is turbo tax delaying the release of this form?
This is beyond frustrating. I tried calling but it wanted me to pay to talk to a tax advisor. There is no phone number to call for general questions?!
On other posts by the tax advisor CatinaT1 , she keeps saying it is available. It is not and really don't think it exist anywhere else but turbo tax.
I erased cache and data and did the different browsers...no luck. If I had not paid to used the online product, I would used another software. If this does not get fix soon, I will be using HR block or some other tax software next year. Man I am at the point to take the paying for Turbo Tax as a loss and go ahead an used something else.

Same situation I am now figuring turbotax as a loss and downloaded hr block. So far I have entered everything and it doesn't say anything about this form 8915f2-t. But I am afraid to pay and end in the same situation. Turbo tax keep saying it's approved . I think they are looking at last year's. They had problems then too. Very upsetting because I been with turbotax forever!
I totally agree, very disappointed with Turbo Tax. I may have to get the form online and manually fill the information then mail my return instead of electronic filing. Not sure if the IRS will accept it.
They pushed it being available to 3/8/24.

except now it's March 16th and still no joy
I had the same problem , I had to go through my taxes over and over. I had a woman helping walk me through it and we found on a regular computer that there was one thing wrong that we had to change. I have to say it was a different way of looking at the taxes. Not the way that goes from one screen to the next. I found it not the tax assistant. I changed the one thing and the review worked. I jut got my money back.
