I was told everyone should receive their refund within 45 days but they have a deadline up to 10 weeks. I filed on 2/12 & was accepted within 48hrs. I was told if I didn’t receive my refund by 4/15 I’ll receive an additional interest payment check for the delay. The representative advised interest occurs after 10wks.
I also won't be using TT ever again, between this whole debacle, the fact that in the last two days I received two automated calls from Intuit telling me the IRS rejected my return and to login and fix it yet I login and there's no option to fix and my return still says accepted 2/12.
I also had scheduled a call back with one of their "specialist" more like special ed, waited an hour to get some lady who had no familiarity with the product I used lol why does Intuit even have people on the phone that aren't familiar with every product....What a joke
Same issue here. Accepted Feb 12th. Called IRS basically told can take up to 10 weeks since Turbo Tax has an error in there system thay was filling out line 30 about stimulus. Nice lady told me seen millions of cases same issues. That if you put got full stimulus the software still showed we did not get them. This in turn send the refund to the error department. She said if more is needed they mail a letter within 90 days but right now should fix itself allow 10 weeks.
I agree look online about all issues. Tubro Tax had an issue in the software. My state was rejected because of it. They wont admit it but they screwed up. I am in the process of asking for my money back. They screwed me all the way around
I did my friend's taxes with TT and she got her money in 5 days with both credits. I got mine accepted on 2/14, still nothing. I doubt it has to do with TT and more to do with the incompetence of the IRS
I’m having the exact same issue. I filed my federal return back in late January and Turbo Tax indicates it was accepted when the filing date opened on Feb 12. However, when I go to track my refund, I get “the data you entered” doesn’t match our system.” Ive been using TurboTax for over 15 years and the IRS tracking app for the last few, and have never had any issues. I’m wondering if I should refill with a different service. Curious if there’s any known remedy for this — very concerning.

Where id my money
@Shammjay777 Most tax returns process within 21 days. However, some may take longer. TurboTax does not receive any updates on the status of returns once the IRS accepts them. This means that we can't say for sure why you haven’t received your refund. If it's been longer than 21 days since you e-filed your return and your return was accepted by the IRS, you'll have to speak directly to IRS to find out more about the delay. Please click here for more information.
I don't know if you claimed the rebate for the stimulus or not but apparently if you don't claim it there's some glitch with Turbotax that'll claim.it for ya and get you flagged into error resolution and an extended 10 week wait, Bad enough dealing with the incompetence of the IRS not some of us have to deal with the incompetence of Intuit, last time I ever use TurboTax 👎🏻
I am in the same boat. Received filing acceptance email on the 12th and no refund status showing at the IRS website showing yet. IRS help number keeps telling me to try again later....
Different factors can impact the processing time of a return. Please visit the IRS Tax Season Refund Frequently Asked Questions help article below for more information. Although most refunds are issued within 21 days of being accepted, others take just a little bit longer.

How many times must you robots cut and paste the same scripted replies, no one takes you seriously go sit in the corner and be quiet.
I didn't get the stimulus, it shows correctly on my return, and I too am stuck in the void waiting. Accepted 2/12, got state, no word on Federal.
Re the interest: my understanding is that if we don't get the money by 10 weeks AFTER 4/15, then they need to pay us interest. It's 10 weeks from the filing date. Can anyone verify?
