My personal Exemption for IL is not showing up for state return

on IL web site It asks if i checked either box in IL-1040 Step 1 line C which is can anyone claim you. which i did not check.

Turbo Tax puts in $0 not the $2425 the state website gives me the exemption

If your federal filing status is single, Head of Household, or Married
Filing Separately, and your federal AGI (line 11 of Form 1040) is more than
$250,000, you aren't entitled to an exemption allowance on Line 10.
Enter “zero” on Line 10.
