Yes, there's one other reason you may not get your Illinois personal exemption.
If your federal filing status is single, Head of Household, or Married
Filing Separately, and your federal AGI (line 11 of Form 1040) is more than
$250,000, you aren't entitled to an exemption allowance on Line 10.
Enter “zero” on Line 10.
