If I received the monthly advance child tax credit payments should I see the other half on my estimated refund? I don't see it being added.

Hi I saw the child tax credit 3,600 in line 28, what I want to know is if we can see the total amount All in all amount we can received 3600+ others refund.. where we can see it??

If I received the monthly advance child tax credit payments should I see the other half on my estimated refund? I don't see it being added.

In line 33 in form 1040 it says total payments is this the amount we are going to received fromIRS?

No, that is not your refund.

Your federal tax refund is Line 33 minus Line 24 and reported on Line 34.

So this all the total refund we are going to received  including the child tax credit in line 34?

Yes, line 34 is the full amount you will be receiving.

All your payments (which includes the CTC) must pay off your tax bill before they become refundable ... this has always been the way the tax form has worked so this year is no different .
