I keep getting this REJ002 rejection code and I don’t know why I keep getting it I see nothing wrong with any of my information..?

I have seen this article. When I open Turbotax, it only says there is a rejection due to internal error but there are no instructions on how to correct this so it can be submitted.

I have seen all these sites and videos and blogs. Nothing is solving the problem.
