Are you asking about the third stimulus that's coming out right now? Or the first two payments that were handed out last year?

The IRS is sending out a second round of payments this week. You can check the status of your third stimulus payment at Get My Payment?

If you did not get one of the first two payments, or received less than you should have gotten, the missing amounts will be added to your 2020 tax return as a Recovery Rebate Credit. The only way to get those missing payments is to file for 2020. If you did not file for 2019 AND 2020, your third stimulus may be delayed.

The third payment is being made independent of your tax return and should be sent the same way the first and second payments were sent unless you updated your banking information on your 2020 tax year return and filed early.

I filed my 2020 taxes got a return. I am below and have a child no 3 stimulus. Deposit info hasn't change. Irs tracker say error when try there

Not everyone entitled to receive a 3rd stimulus check received theirs when the first bulk round of them went out the 17th of March. The IRS has stated that they are doing the best they can, "but to please remember that they have until Dec 31st 2021 to issue these checks". There does not appear to be any rhyme or reason as to who got them first. If you are due to get one - it will come!
