Are you asking about the third stimulus that's coming out right now? Or the first two payments that were handed out last year?
The IRS is sending out a second round of payments this week. You can check the status of your third stimulus payment at Get My Payment?
If you did not get one of the first two payments, or received less than you should have gotten, the missing amounts will be added to your 2020 tax return as a Recovery Rebate Credit. The only way to get those missing payments is to file for 2020. If you did not file for 2019 AND 2020, your third stimulus may be delayed.
