Not everyone entitled to receive a 3rd stimulus check received theirs when the first bulk round of them went out the 17th of March. The IRS has stated that they are doing the best they can, "but to please remember that they have until Dec 31st 2021 to issue these checks". There does not appear to be any rhyme or reason as to who got them first. If you are due to get one - it will come!
