Hang in there and keep checking back on your status. Here is the general timeline of e-filed returns:
Transmission > Acceptance > Processing > Approval > Refund.
After acceptance, but before processing the status may not be
available. If you contact the government or try look up your refund
status while your return is still pending, don't be surprised if they tell you
"no record found." This is normal; until the government starts reviewing and processing your
return, they won't have any record of it.
Once you've
confirmed your return has been accepted, you can begin to track your refund.
The IRS issues most refunds in less than 21 days, although some require
additional time. Please see below for more information on tracking your
refund: https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5340655

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund. Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.
Your federal refund amount is on line 20a of your Form 1040

I cannot see my refund status on IRS website. What can I do? All information I entered is correct.
I sent my return on 1/27/2020 and it said it was accepted and now (According to the Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes (PATH) Act, the IRS cannot issue refunds before mid-February for tax returns that claim the Earned Income Tax Credit or the Additional Child Tax Credit. This applies to the entire refund, even the portion not associated with these credits.
Check Where's My Refund in mid- to late February for your personalized refund status. It's updated once a day and remains the best way to check the status of your refund.)
Help Please...
Thank you

Simply put, it means you will not receive your refund before the end of February, early March since you are subject to the PATH act, which has been tax law since 2015.

To track your Federal refund, visit the Where’s My Federal Refund? site You may also download the IRS2Go app to check your Federal refund status
Note: You will need your social security number, filing status, and refund amount in order to track your refund.
If your return is still pending and not accepted yet by the IRS, you will need to wait 24hrs after it's accepted to check the status on the IRS website. Be sure when checking Where’s My Federal Refund? site that you are entering only your Federal refund amount. This can be found on your Federal form 1040, line 21a. If you paid any fees out of your federal refund, use the refund figure prior to the deduction of he fees. Also if you filed joint, be sure to enter the filers name that appears first on the return.
Why is there no record of my return at Where's My Refund (WMR)?

https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
To track your state refund:
https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433-how-do-i-track-my-state-refund
On the IRS site you are also offered the use of an app called IRS2Go
https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1901548-why-do-some-refunds-take-longer-than-others
If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.
