I have tried calling multiple times because my stimulus check did not get posted in my turbo tax intuit card. When I go to the IRS website I am unable to fi d my information either. I know I will be getting a check but it would be nice to talk to someone about what went wrong. I have definitely decided that I will never use Turbo tax again. I'm sure I will just get the generic message from you all on here that I have heard the 1000 times I have called the crap number on the back of the card. What a joke.
I followed the prompts you said to follow. I selected option 2 for the "never received my card" and it asked for my ss#, d.o.b. and zip code.....then it asked me for my card number??!!! How am I supposed to enter a card number that I never received???
So after the major **bleep** up from this trash company they are now taking my life.. I have lost my home due to losing my job and the only thing left i have is my car which is from a buy here pay here who is picking my car up next week since i cannot make my payment. I have used the stimulus tool on the irs page to give them another direct deposit account and it told me they will send to that account. 2 days later as of today for some reason says they will be mailing a check out to me in may, which by then will be too late for me.. i will not be homeless.. i hope you are happy. This will be the very last time I ever use turbo tax filed my taxes in March and never got the card from green dot I've even called reported it missing after 2 months they told me there going to expedite a card to me and that was last week I was told 2 or 3 business days going on the 8th business day soon and still nothing cant even get anyone on the phone at customer service I only want the debit card it already has had all my money on it for months this is ho estly bull**bleep** and they charged me 10$ for a new card and I never even got the first one I'm thinking of calling the IRS and showing them the bull**bleep** turbotax and green dot put me through I have screen shotted messages from march and recently and they all say the same thing nothing's changed
This is absurd, I will never use this company for anything again, direct deposit is supposed to be faster and more convenient, not lock your money away and give you no way of accessing it or speaking to someone who can help. For some reason a whole new account was created when my taxes were filed this year even though I already had one from last year, and I never received a new card. Now I have no access to my funds and there seems to be nothing I can do about it because customer service sends me around in circles and hangs up on me.
I feel you I never could set up a pin # and when I try to it tells me to go to the website. Then I got to the website and type info for some reason they tell me when I put in card #, my soc, and birthdate that there is no matching information!! I call several phone #'s and they are ALL teleprompted and each phone # leads back to the teleprompter I type info in and wa-la it comes up on the phone so then I choose the option for changing a pin # and they tell me I will have to go online only for thos cycle to repeat!!! I will NEVER use Turbotax or GreenDot again they do this on purpose to hold onto your money as long as they can if not indefinitely. They are fruads and I will be reporting to ConsumerAgency!!!

I figured it out! You're going to need your social security#, birthday, address, and the account#. You do NOT need the card number.
Call their customer service number, the one ending in 4169. Press 2 to continue using the automated service THEN PRESS 2 WHEN IT ASKS ABOUT RECEIVING A CARD YOU DID NOT REQUEST. You want to talk to the fraud department. This is the ONLY way to find an actual human. It says something about they don't have your account info, but they do. I sat on hold for about 22 minutes and got through to someone. I explained I never got the card, I had to give them that info I listed up top then he said they'd send a card. ASK FOR FEDEX SHIPPING. It will take $15 out of your account but it comes much faster, 3 days instead of 7, AND you get a tracking number. I asked about getting a temporary number just to transfer the money out, but he said he couldn't do that. Hope this helps.

Every time i make it past the prompts, it allows me to enter my social, my birthday and it immediately tells me I have called the wrong number and to call the number on the back of my card. My entire issue is I have lost my card and i am trying to get a new one. I do not have the log in info for my acct.
I havent got my prepaid paid card yet n TurboTax has already got my refund 2 months ago but I have yet to receive my prepaid Visa card

eight eight eight two eight five four one six nine. It's just the default customer support number. Just make sure you get the option to talk to the fraud department or you'll never find a person.
