If you have already filed your tax return, you can still go back in to look around, but please DO NOT change anything in an already submitted return. If you need to change anything you will need to fill out an amended return.
Please the steps below to view your return.
In TurboTax Online, sign into your account.
Select Tax Home in the left menu.
Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents.
Select 2018, and then select Add a State (you're not actually adding a state, this just gets you into the right menu).

To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on View adjusted gross income (AGI)
Or go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
If your tax return continues to be rejected with the 2018 AGI then enter a 0 (zero) for the AGI and e-file again.
If this is also rejected then you will have to print and mail the tax return.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for printing a tax return for mailing - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/printing/help/how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-

If you refuse to look for your 2018 AGI, then there is nothing more we can do to help you.
You will only be able to print or view a prior years tax return that you filed with TurboTax. You won't be able to access it to make changes or file it. Please see this TurboTax FAQ for instructions on how to access a prior year's tax return: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/prior-year-return/help/how-do-i-access-my-prior-year-return/00/270.... Also, you can request a transcript online from the IRS.
If you never finished filing your 2018 tax return in TurboTax online you will need to start it over with our TurboTax Desktop product and mail it in as the IRS does not accept e-filed tax returns for prior year's:
I need to access my 2018 tax return to send to audit defense
First, make sure you're using the same TurboTax account (with the same username) as in prior years. Otherwise, the below instructions won't work.
If you're signing in for the first time this year, we may ask you some questions before you get to the Tax Home screen where you can access your prior year returns.
To get your prior-year return:
