You will only be able to print or view a prior years tax return that you filed with TurboTax. You won't be able to access it to make changes or file it. Also, you can request a transcript online from the IRS.
If you never finished filing your 2018 tax return in TurboTax online you will need to start it over with our TurboTax Desktop product and mail it in as the IRS does not accept e-filed tax returns for prior year's:
