after filing you can't. if you asked for direct deposit the check will bounce if it's not a valid account and be returned to IRS to issue you a paper check to be mailed to the address on the return.
@JTate2000 The IRS does not permit you to change your banking information after you file your tax return.
If you e-filed:
Banking information for direct deposit is wrong
If you entered incorrect banking information for your refund, you can change it if your return is rejected. If it is accepted, however, it is too late to change it. The bank will reject the refund and send it back to the IRS. Then the IRS will issue a paper check and mail it to the address you put on your tax return. Expect a delay of at least a couple of weeks to receive your refund.
Here is what the IRS says about entering incorrect banking information
@JTate2000 - to protect against the risk of fraud, the IRS does not permit changes to bank account information after filing.

Do you have any questions so we can help you?
Yes, it's been accepted but someone stole my Chimes card and all my information.I asked for a new card but they said that they couldn't give me another one.So I wanted to change it to account. And I also want to change the address,
All you can do is shut down the CHIME account so that the deposit will be rejected and the IRS/state will send the refund to the address listed on the return.
If the address on the return is incorrect then mail in a form 8822 to the IRS ... check your state for their form/instructions and if possible use the post office mail forwarding service.
If you were using the refund processing service to have the TT fees withheld from your fed refund contact them for options available to you ... if they cannot redirect the deposit they may allow you to update your address.

Hello please I really need help my when I login to TurboTax + Credit Karmar
Its says Federal Refund Sent??
and haven’t receive any notification from bank yet
@Johngereshenski65 Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund
What you are seeing is an Estimate Only based on the IRS target of 21 days to send a refund after receiving the tax return. This is Not a guarantee.
If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.
