How do I cancel my lost card, and reorder a new one?

Yes how can I get a replacement card or a check mailed to me? I can't access my account because I don't have my card number and when I put in my social it come ups that I have 2 card numbers n I need the last 4 didhets, but I don't got the card and I don't the last four Dodgers of either cards.

This is mainly a user a community forum, and I'm a fellow user of TurboTax.  While both are offered by Intuit, the Turbo Visa Debit Card has its own customer support separate from TurboTax Support.

If you are unable to reach a live agent at the Card's customer support, there is a way to report a card that was never received.   Instead of entering a card number or SSN, if you keep listening one of the options is to "report a card lost, stolen, or never received."    If that's what you want to do, then choose that option, then you'll get a new menu.  Listen to all of it, and I presume it will ask you to report one "never received."  I'm not sure what all happens after that.   It may cancel that one and send a new card to the address they have on file for you (assuming you have not changed your mailing address.)   It might be best to speak to a Turbo Visa Card agent, but I don't know how/if you can reach one other than by trying through the link I provided above.  Some people say they reach a live agent, but I'm not sure exactly how they're doing it, possibly with the 16-digit number.

 

Otherwise, phone TurboTax Support and complain about the Turbo Card's customer support system.  Tell them you can't reach a live agent at the Turbo Visa Card, and ask them to advise you on how to do so.

This is a public Internet forum.  For your privacy and security you should not post personal info in this public forum.  For your protection it appears the forum spam filter has censored your phone number.   No one from the Turbo Visa Debit Card customer service will phone you from this user community forum.  But no telling who else could have tried to phone you to try to scam you.

 

The Turbo Card has its own Customer Support separate from TurboTax.

You didn't say what you are needing to do with the Card, but when you call the Card's Customer Support number, listen to the whole menu before making any choices.   If it asks for 16-digit number, skip that.  If it then asks for SSN, skip that.  Keep listening. Then you are likely to get a choice that says "to report a card as lost, stolen, or never received."    If that's what you want to do, then when you choose that, then you get another menu where you can narrow it down.

 

If your card was lost or stolen, there is alternate way to report by logging into your online Turbo Card account if you established one.

I've lost my turbotax card from last year. I didn't use the card so I dont know what the card number is. But I do have the rotating and account number. How do I get another card? I call the customer service but never can talk to a real person.

I did that, and it says that I've called the wrong number. When I enter my ssn# at the beginning, it says I have 2 cars and asks for the last 4 digits which I don't know. Every other option I do says I called the wrong number.

As I said in my answer above, do not enter your SSN when it first asks.  Keep on listening for a prompt to report a card as "lost, stolen, or never received."

You said "cars", but did you mean to say that it tells you that you have 2 cards, so it's asking you which one was lost?  Is that why it wanted to know the last 4 digits?   If you do have 2 cards, then it would need to know which one you are reporting as lost.

 

Unfortunately, I don't know the trick to reach a live agent at the Turbo Card's customer support.

 

This is mainly a user community forum, and the Turbo Card's customer support doesn't participate here.  I don't know why it would tell you "wrong number."  It's never told me that when I've played with the menu options there.   Hopefully you are using the contact number shown at this page:

The Turbo Card's Customer Support is not handled by TurboTax Support.  The card is handled by Green Dot in affiliation with Intuit.  But since TurboTax got you involved with that Card in the first place, and since they are both affiliated with Intuit, you might try phoning TurboTax Support to see if they have any suggestion on how you can speak to a live agent at the Turbo Card Support.
