This is a public Internet forum.  For your privacy and security you should not post personal info in this public forum.  For your protection it appears the forum spam filter has censored your phone number.   No one from the Turbo Visa Debit Card customer service will phone you from this user community forum.  But no telling who else could have tried to phone you to try to scam you.

 

The Turbo Card has its own Customer Support separate from TurboTax.

You didn't say what you are needing to do with the Card, but when you call the Card's Customer Support number, listen to the whole menu before making any choices.   If it asks for 16-digit number, skip that.  If it then asks for SSN, skip that.  Keep listening. Then you are likely to get a choice that says "to report a card as lost, stolen, or never received."    If that's what you want to do, then when you choose that, then you get another menu where you can narrow it down.

 

If your card was lost or stolen, there is alternate way to report by logging into your online Turbo Card account if you established one.
