This is mainly a user a community forum, and I'm a fellow user of TurboTax.   While that Card is offered through Intuit, the Turbo Visa Debit Card has its own customer support separate from TurboTax Support.

If you are unable to reach a live agent at the Card's customer support, phone TurboTax Support and complain about the Turbo Card's customer support system.  Tell them you can't reach a live agent at the Turbo Visa Card, and ask them to advise you on how to do so.

 

Support hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern), 7 days/week
