There is not a "take me to my return" when accessing the 2018 online tax return. The 2018 online editions closed down after October 15, 2019.
Follow the instructions as shown the TurboTax support FAQ to download the 2018 tax data file.

So I started my 2018 tax return on turbo tax and cannot access it to finish it. It is downloadable but acts as if it was filed - which it never was. How can i access it abd edit it and finish it - without having to start all over again?

Why do I have to pay to download something I already paid for when I started the return? Could you be any more crooked than to charge twice for the same item? What is up with this? Does the IRS know you maintain this practice?
If you already paid for the Online version ask them for the download Desktop program.

Want to finish filling
I am not a new member I was trying to finish find out what's going on with the taxi dry files
@Samuel 2 Do you have a more specific question? Where are you stuck? Did you efile?
Did you go all the way through the File tab, through the 3 steps and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button?

When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.
When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. What does it say?
