If you haven't posted a W-2 yet:

On sidebar 

1. Federal 
2. Wages & Income 
3. Select Wages and Salaries, or Revisit
4. Select add a W-2 for the appropriate person if married.
5. Post the tax ID number for the employer
6. If you want to import the W-2, enter the value from box 1 of the W-2
   1. Follow instructions for the import
7. If not, select [Change how I enter my form]
8. [Type it Myself]
9. Enter the W-2 information.

If you've already posted a W-2:

1. Use the same steps as above.
2. You will see Your W-2 Info so far.
3. At the bottom of that screen, you will see a click bar to [Add a W-2]
