TurboTax does not receive any information from the IRS or your state after your return was filed, so no one at TurboTax knows about a letter you received from the IRS or the state.
(what the letters from the IRS mean)

AUDIT SUPPORT
TurboTax has a special phone number for help with IRS/state tax letters, which will be easier than going through regular Customer Support. At the page below, click on the blue button that says "Get Help from TurboTax Support". Then it will ask you what tax year is your letter. Then it will ask you what the letter concerns. Then it will show you the phone number during posted business hours.

I understand that they don’t know about the letter but I can’t be connected to a person unless I pay them 30 dollars in which case I’m not even sure if they would do anything for me seeing how hard it is to even talk to someone. This was my other option in the hopes that an employee might see it.

Did you try the Audit Support Center - https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/irs-notice/audit-support/
In plain English, if you pay an IRS or state penalty or interest because of a TurboTax calculation error, we'll pay you the penalty and interest.
For complete details, see our Intuit Software End User License Agreement (look about 2/3 of the way down the page, under the heading TurboTax Accurate Calculation Guarantee).
You can read the fine print at the Intuit Software End User License Agreement for TurboTax Desktop Software or the End User License Agreement for TurboTax Online. Enter accurate calculation in the Find feature in your browser (usually listed under Edit) to go to it quickly.
Well I’m not being audited, at least they didn’t use that word. the state took my refund from 2019 to pay towards what I owed from 2018 and I still have an outstanding balance that needs paid. Would the audit support help with this kind of issue?
They can help you understand what is happening if you don't already know ... but the taxes you owe are what you owe even if the program made a mistake (99% of the time it is a data entry error which is not covered) but put in an accuracy guarantee claim and see what they say.
@Patrickdeegan what @Critter posted above is an explanation of the TurboTax 100% Accurate Calculation Guarantee.
It sounds like you may qualify for this. Visit the following TurboTax FAQ to submit a claim: How do I submit a claim under the TurboTax 100% Accurate Calculation Guarantee or 100% Accurate, Exp...
Keep in mind, If your claim is approved, we'll pay the penalties and interest incurred on the first notice you receive. You'll still be responsible for the tax you owe on the return.
